Prof. Fei Yuan,
Senior Member of IEEE and IET Fellow
Ryerson University,Canada

Fei Yuan received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from Shandong University, Jinan, China in 1985, the M.A.Sc. degree in chemical engineering and Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from University of Waterloo, Canada in 1995 and 1999, respectively. During 1985-1989, he was a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Changzhou Institute of Technology, Jiangsu, China. In 1989 he was a Visiting Professor at Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology, Toronto, Canada, and Lambton College of Applied Arts and Technology, Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. He was with Paton Controls Limited, Sarnia, Ontario, Canada as a Controls Engineer during 1989-1994 where he designed and commissioned total distributed control systems for petrochemical processes worldwide.

He joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Ryerson University in 1999 as an Assistant Professor and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2003 and Full Professor in 2008. He served the department as the Associate Chair for Undergraduate Studies and Faculty Affairs from 2002 to 2006 and was the Chair of the department from 2010 to 2015. Dr. Yuan is a senior member of IEEE and a registered professional engineer in the province of Ontario, Canada.

All-digital circuits and systems for mixed-mode signal processing, time-to-digital converters, digital-to-time converters, Nyquist and over-sampled delta-sigma analog-to-digital converters, channel equalization and clock and data recovery for parallel and serial data communications.

Prof. Zou Zhuo, Senior Member of IEEE
Fudan University, China

Zhuo Zou received his Ph.D. degree in Electronic and Computer Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden, in 2012. Currently, he is with Fudan University Shanghai as a professor, where he is conducting research on integrated circuits and systems for IoT and ubiquitous intelligence. Prior to joining Fudan, he was the assistant director and a project leader at VINN iPack Excellence Center, KTH, Sweden, where he coordinated the research project on low-power embedded electronics for wireless sensing. Dr. Zou has also been an adjunct professor and docent at University of Turku, Finland. He has been appointed as the chief scientist of Shanghai R&D and Innovation Platform for Neuromorphic and AI Chip (NeuHeilium) since 2019. He is a vice chair of IFIP WG8.12 and a senior member of IEEE.

Prof. Dake Liu
Beijing Institute of Technology, China | Linköping University, Sweden

Professor Dake Liu is the National expert of China, Professor of recruitment program of global expert (1000plan) of China, Professor and the chairman of academic board of Information and communication engineering school at Hainan University, China. Chairman and CSO of Beijing Ultichip Ltd. Academic working committee member of CIC (China Institute of Communication), Committee member of China Communication integrated circuit. Committee member of computer architecture of CCF (China Computer Federation). The research interests of Professor Dake Liu include ASIP, mobile communication system, 5G 6G base station and baseband processors, and AI. Professor Dake Liu published more than 200 research papers on international journals and conferences with about 4000 citations, and a book titled ”Embedded DSP Processor Design”, Professor Dake Liu successfully Spon off two companies in Sweden, one is FreehandDSP Ltd (processor for VoIP gateway) in Stockholm and another is Coresonic Ltd (SDR baseband processor) in Linkoping. Professor Dake Liu is the journal editor of IEEE China Communication, the journal Editor of Micro-nano Electronics and Intelligent Manufacturing. Dr. Liu got his PhD from Linkoping University Sweden 1994. During 2000-2012, Dr. Dake Liu is the Professor of the chair for Computer engineering of Linkoping University Sweden. During 2010-2018, Dr. Dake Liu is the professor and director of the institute of ASIP in BIT (Beijing Institute of Technology), Beijing, China.
