Registration Fee 注册费

• When a paper exceeds 12 pages, the cost of each extra page is 60 US dollars or 400 CNY.
• Onsite registration is only applicable to listeners. In order to prepare materials in advance, please send us a notice before October 22, 2024. (Click)
• Student rates are given to the students participants with requirement to show their student card(s).
• At least one author for each accepted final paper must register for the paper publication.
• Registration fee for each accompanying person is same to listeners.
• Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender's Side.
• 50 USD discount will be provided to the groups with 10 or more.
• No full or partial refunds are given to the registrants who miss the event.

Cancellation Policy
Every participant should finish the registration before he can attend the conference. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization. Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the WECE Conference Secretary by June 30, and 30USD bank service charge will incur. Cancellations received after June 30 but before August 5, 30% processing fee is required. Cancellations after August 5 but before September 10, 50% processing fee is required. Cancellations after September 10, will NOT be dismissed and registration fees will not be refunded.
