Prof. Feng Ke
South China University of Technology, China
He is a professor of the School of Electronic and Information Engineering at South China University of Technology (SCUT). He serves as a vice director of the Intelligent Communication Network and Computer Engineering Technology Engineering Center at SCUT and the chief scientist of Guangdong Chinese Network Electrical Engineering Research Institute. He also serves as an expert advisor of Guangzhou Science and Technology Bureau and Guangdong Science and Technology Department. His research interests include communications and information theory with special emphasis on wireless communications and signal processing, wireless ultra dense networks, joint sensing and communication. He has published more than 100 research papers in authoritative journals and conferences with two highly cited ones, including IEEE TCOM, TVT, GLOBECOM, and so on. In recent years, he has managed or participated in more than 30 national, provincial and ministerial-level research projects, and has established in-depth industry-academia-research cooperation relationships with many domestic large-scale enterprises such as Huawei Technologies, and has transformed the relevant scientific and technological achievements into value of more than 100 million dollars. He used to win the university teaching excellence award more than once, the paper award of several international academic conferences such as 2010 National Communication Theory and Signal Processing Academic Annual Conference, as well as the 2019 IEEE Computer and Communication. He has served as the chairs or TPC members of many authoritative international academic conferences.
Assoc. Prof. Guobin Zhang
Guangzhou Maritime University, China
Guobin Zhang received the Ph.D. degree in South China University of Technology. She is currently an Associate Professor and Master Supervisor at Guangzhou Maritime University. She is also a Senior Member of the China Institute of Communications. Her research interests include mobile communications, Internet of Things, edge computing, and artificial intelligence. She has led five national, provincial and municipal research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund Project, the Guangdong Natural Science Foundation General Project, and the Guangdong Regional Joint Fund Project. She has published over 30 papers in SCI/EI indexed journals in the field of communications, including IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, ICC, and IEEE GLOBECOM. She serves as a reviewer for multiple authoritative international journals and conferences, and holds five authorized domestic invention patents.
Prof.Zhiyong Luo,
Sun Yat-Sen University, China
Dr. Luo Zhiyong, professor of Sun Yat-Sen University, doctoral supervisor, young and middle-aged outstanding talents of "Hundred Talents Program", and academic leader of information and communication engineering. Part-time researcher and doctoral supervisor of National Pengcheng Laboratory. In 2000, he graduated from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, majoring in communication and information systems, with a doctorate in engineering. He is currently the general expert of the R&D plan in key areas of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the general expert of the R&D plan in key areas of Guangdong Province, and a member of the Satellite Professional Committee of the Chinese Astronautical Society. He used to be the director of the Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Communication and Navigation, the director and vice president of the Guangdong Innovation Research Institute, the general expert of the National Major Science and Technology Project "Integrated Information System of Heaven and Earth", and the general expert of listed companies. He has been engaged in professional research on broadband communication, satellite communication, complex communication signal processing for more than 20 years, and has rich theoretical and engineering practice experience. He has presided over major projects such as the National 99X/81X/93X, as well as the National 863 Program-Digital Communication Network Chip Research and Development, the National Science and Technology Research Program-Software Radio Technology System Research, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Internet of Things Special Project, and the Ministry of Education Industry-University-Research Broadband Wireless Network projects, and special funds for the development of major innovations and strategic emerging industries in Guangdong Province. The relevant research results of software radio, satellite communication, digital trunking, Beidou navigation and positioning have been successfully applied in the information equipment models during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" and "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan". He has won the first prize of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2021, the 2020 China Satellite Navigation and Positioning Innovation Application Gold Award, the 2021 China Light Industry Technology Progress Award, and the 2010 Asian Games Information and Communication Work Contribution Award. Co-published a monograph, published dozens of papers in IEEE journals, conferences and other SCI and EI journals, and applied for and authorized more than ten invention patents.
